My background: I earned a Master of Social Work degree from ASU, and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Philosophy from Gonzaga University (Go Zags!). I am a Fellow in Thanatology, trained in Meaning Centered Psychotherapy and Meaning-Centered Grief Therapy, and am a certified facilitator and supervisor of Resilient Parenting for Bereaved Families.

My approach
Together, we will explore ways to evaluate your experiences and reconnect with meaning. We will examine thoughts and patterns that are impacting you and discover new paths toward fulfillment.

My focus
I work with individuals who are looking to identify and process what they are feeling in a safe space. I also love helping individuals engage in life with intention and meaning. My primary focus of care includes grief, bereavement, advanced illness, and life transitions.

My communication style
In our time together, you can expect kindness, compassion, and warmth. I love to listen and will approach our collaboration with empathy and non-judgment.
